Nook Lounge

The Brief

Commercial Bay came to us with the idea of a pop-up styling lounge to reward their top spending customers with personalized styling sessions with two of Auckland’s top stylists. We needed to name and brand the space and work with an interior stylist on the interior of the pop-up.

The Execution

Creating a comfortable space that is inviting to consumers of all ages and backgrounds. The brand was designed with high fashion magazines as our guiding principle. The brand was named “Nook” as the location of the pop-up was a small unused space in the bottom corner of the center. We commissioned artist and furniture designer Matan Fadida to create three custom plinths. These shapes formed the foundation for our graphic elements in the identity. The brand mark was designed to be flexible to work across both the physical and digital rollout.
